Gemma Gelpí (Catalunya) i Kathy O’Dwyer (Irlanda)
Del 29 de Juliol al 6 de Setembre Gemma Gelpí (New Entrepreneur) i Kathy O’Dwyer (Host Entrepreneur) han treballat juntes en el marc del programa Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.
Gemma Gelpí ha estat treballant a Irlanda durant 5 setmanes cercant i contactant amb les empreses més importants de pràctiques d’Espanya i Irlanda, sol·licitant pressupostos, fent recerca de pàgines web, anàlisis dels serveis i fent comparació amb altres companyies per veure en què pot millorar l’empresa, entre altres.
La cooperació ha tingut èxit per a ambdues parts. Els resultats esperats han estat dobles. Primer per compartir l’experiència i els coneixements, i en segon lloc, la possibilitat de col•laborar professionalment en el futur.

Success story: Gemma Gelpí (Spain) and Kathy O’Dwyer (Ireland)
From July 29th to September 6th Gemma Gelpí (New Entrepreneur) and kathy O’Dwyer (Host Entrepreneur) have been working together as part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme.
Gemma Gelpí has been searching and contacting the most important internships companies of Spain and Ireland, asking for budgets, researching the websites and analysing the services and making comparison between companies and checking what can be improved in Career Training Internships’ website, among others.
The cooperation has been successful for both parties. Expected outcomes were twofold. First to share the experience and knowledge. Secondly, to develop the relationship that would extend in future in business partnership.
